The Design Process
My landscape design services are tailored to your specific needs and preferences. I work with you to create a visually stunning outdoor space that is both functional and inviting. I will guide you through the entire process, from initial concept to final installation.
Conceptual Plans
Projects with several decisions/options concerning the basic layout will require conceptual plans. Conceptual plans are basic drawings that convey a lot of general information with limited details, and do not identify specific materials or quantities. Conceptual plans allow for the exploration of various ideas, similar or diversified. Master plans start out as conceptual plans.
Hardscape Plans
Create a stunning outdoor living space with hardscaping services. From patios and pathways to outdoor kitchens and swimming pools, I can design a wide range of hardscaping features to enhance your outdoor experience and increase your home's value.
Implementation Plans
Once the conceptual plans have been finalized, implementation plans are developed. The implementation plan(s) will contain all the information required for bidding and/or installation. All hardscape materials and landscape materials will be noted. Depending upon the project, construction drawings may be included.
Construction Drawings
A surveyor, engineer and/or architect will be retained to aid in developing plans for permitting and construction.
